The Rosé Valtènesi Micaela wine is our first and rigorous interpretation of an exclusive wine from this territory.

A wine that comes from a blend of indigenous grapes: Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese and Marzemino, processed using the soft-pressing method, a few hours of contact between must and skins. Subsequent racking by the expert hand of our oenologist produces freshness, temperament and the unique colour that distinguishes its character.

A fresh, light, harmonious and fruity rosé: rose petals, small berries and hints of grapefruit. Gentle, floral and fruity aromas make it perfect as a gift, for an aperitif or dinner in company.

TASTING NOTES

👁 To the eye: onion skin pink (cherry rose)

👃🏻 On the nose: a surprising fragrance of wild strawberries, rose petals, peach, citrus notes of pink grapefruit to which a light spice of cloves creeps in, creating a penetrating, warm and rich olfactory complex.

👅 In the mouth: Savoury and beautifully fresh, balanced structure

🍽 Pairings: cured meats, white meat and fish starters, simple and fresh fish-based first courses (e.g. melon and prosciutto; vitello tonnato; cold pasta with swordfish, herbs and capers; lake and sea fish carpaccio; trout)
