General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The terms and conditions of sale of the products marketed by CONTI THUN on this website www.contithun.it are governed by these General Conditions. Any offer, order and purchase order confirmation of products on this site is understood as being subject to acceptance of the following conditions. Terre Grosse reserves the right to modify these general conditions without prior notice to the customer, and the changes will be available on this page.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The sale of alcoholic products is prohibited to minors. Users of the website www.contithun.com declare that they are of legal age according to the legislation applicable to them. In the absence of such legislation, they must be at least 18 years of age.
All retail prices are inclusive of 22% VAT, which is indicated separately in the final order summary. They do not include any duties, taxes and duties applicable in the country of destination of the products if other than Italy. These costs, which differ from country to country, are borne by the customer, who is responsible for verifying their amount with the relevant customs authorities.
All the wines in the online shop are normally available at our headquarters. (Rare misunderstandings may arise due to the simultaneous sale of products at our headquarters and online: in such cases we will promptly notify you to reformulate your order or provide a refund.)
Shipping is currently available to Italy, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
We are committed to processing your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
Shipments are always duly accounted for by accompanying invoices, which are also sent by email.
In addition to the price of the products, there is the cost of each shipment, which will be clearly indicated and communicated before the conclusion of the Sales Contract, according to the following options, valid for deliveries throughout the national territory.

The prices shown on the website are subject to possible variations by Conti Thun without any prior notice to the Customer. Increases may be due to higher production, transport or materials costs, or taxation. Sales Contracts concluded before the publication of the aforementioned changes will be subject to the prices in force at the time of receipt of the order.
The sensory descriptions of the wines in the technical data sheets are purely indicative and may under no circumstances provide grounds for complaint.
The images of the products are generally faithful, but sometimes changes are made to the appearance of the bottle (size, label, seal) without updating the photo online. Less than full conformity of the aesthetic appearance of the product received with the image on the website provides no grounds for complaints under any circumstances. Other images of our products associated with compositions and/or dishes are of purely indicative value for product presentation.
IN THE EVENT OF A DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If you receive packages from the courier that are visibly damaged (packaging broken or visibly stained by wine spillage from broken bottles) you can do the following:
If it is more than one package, refuse the damaged package from the sender by signing the courier's delivery note "Conditional Delivery". We will then see to the return of the damaged package and a new shipment.
If it is a shipment from a single package (even if a pallet), refuse the shipment from the sender and, as before, we will see to the return and renewal of the shipment.
If the damage is not visible externally and is only discovered by the Customer at the time of opening the package (e.g., a single broken or cracked bottle) you must document the damage with a photo and send it to email@example.com within 2 working days from the time of delivery, with a request for replacement.
If the broken product is out of stock, you will be contacted regarding replacement or a refund.
The shipping costs for the return of the damaged goods to the sender and redelivery of the replacement goods are entirely borne by CONTI THUN.
