ORDER PROCESSING 

All orders placed through our online shop are processed directly in our Wine Cellar by our team (without third parties), packed with extreme care and then entrusted to our courier.

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) and couriers usually take 2-4 days for delivery, depending on the destination. 

In the unfortunate event there are delays in shipments, do not hesitate to contact us: we are always reachable by phone, from Monday to Friday
