On the occasion of Valentine's Day and the debut of the new vintage of our prized Micaela Valtènesi Rosé, we invite you to an authentic experience to celebrate Love in all its forms.

At our cosy Wine Bar, on 14 and 15 February, immerse yourself in a romantic candlelit atmosphere with a special menu that skilfully combines local tradition and our Chef's culinary innovation.

This unique evening offers the first opportunity to taste a preview of the new vintage of our beloved Micaela Valtènesi Rosé, the jewel of our wine production. A gastronomic and sensory experience that celebrates love in all its nuances.

We look forward to an evening of joy, conviviality and culinary delights, because everything becomes more beautiful when love is shared. 💖

Te quiero mi amor includes:

• A table for two with a romantic setting
• 1 welcome glass of the new vintage of our Micaela Valtènesi Rosé

Starter: "7 ways to get to know each other".

• Selection of local cured meats and cheeses
• Warm artisan focaccia with oil and rosemary
• Finger food of trout and its eggs
• Chicken tuna, the chef's preserve you wouldn't expect with artisanal mayonnaise
• Crispy candy filled with ricotta and spinach
• Carpaccio of Tyrolean bresaola with balsamic reduction
• Micaela pot pie with savoury sbrisolona cheese

First course: "And love was"

• Risottino with red turnip and blue mascarpone cheese with black olive powder

Dessert: "Will you say yes?"

• Steamed cocoa ingot with passion fruit Chantilly cream and strawberry fruit salad

Water and coffee included

Wines are EXCLUDED and can be chosen by the glass (from €5) or by the bottle (from €23). Our wine experts will accompany you in your choice for an optimal pairing.

The experience must always be booked in advance. Contact us by phone on +39 0365651757 to check availability for the date you are interested in. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance. 

PRE-PAYMENT

Following the availability check, the experience can be pre-purchased here on the website. We kindly ask you to provide us with your order number (# followed by 4 numbers), which you will find in your purchase confirmation email.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of bad weather or other serious impediment, the experience may be rescheduled as long as the cancellation is communicated at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date of the experience. 

In the event of cancellations below 48 hours or a no-show, the experience will no longer be rescheduled or usable. We are confident in your understanding, as we prepare the food with fresh ingredients delivered from local suppliers to ensure an authentic experience.
