Tasting a wine in our Osteria Wine Bar, just a few metres from the earth from which it is born and grows, is a global experience that involves all the senses.
With SaporiThun, we offer a perfect solution for large groups or for those who prefer a set menu, but with the freedom to choose between two starters, two first courses and two desserts.
The dishes, created with seasonal ingredients selected from small local producers, express the authenticity and freshness of our cuisine. SaporiThun is designed to provide a gastronomic experience that suits the taste of the moment, in a cosy and refined setting.

A starter from among:
- Legume soup with bread croutons and smoked pumpkin
- Rosé “Micaela” soufflé 30-month aged Grana Padano shavings, mixed baby greens and balsamic dressing
A first course between:
- Handmade ravioli filled with lake whitefish, Gardesana-style green sauce, and grilled king oyster mushrooms
- Green cannelloni pasta stuffed* with ricotta and mushrooms, tomato sauce and black garlic fondue
A dessert between:
- Chocolate salami with raspberry coulis
- Sbrisolona cake as tradition dictates

To be excluded from the menu price: coffee, drinks and wine (glass from € 5, bottle from € 23). Our wine experts will accompany you in your choice for an optimal pairing.
BOOKING
The experience must always be booked in advance. Contact us by phone at +39 0365651757 to check availability for the date you are interested in. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance.
For groups of 10 to 15 people it will be mandatory to choose either this experience or DeliziaThun, with no possibility of mixing the two.
PRE-PAYMENT
Following the availability check, the experience must be pre-purchased here on the website. We kindly ask you to provide us with your order number (# followed by 5 numbers), which you will find in your purchase confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a serious impediment, the experience can be rescheduled as long as the cancellation is communicated by email to info@contithun.it at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date of the experience.
In the event of a cancellation below 48 hours or a no-show, the experience will no longer be able to be rescheduled or used. We are confident in your understanding, as we prepare the food with fresh ingredients delivered from local suppliers to ensure an authentic experience.
