A rustic and convivial experience, designed for those who love authentic flavours and the pleasure of shared time.
An evening with a strong flavour, where the grill is the protagonist and the meat is cooked directly at the table thanks to the central grill: a moment to be enjoyed in company, amidst warmth, fragrances and simplicity.
Each Country Grill Night includes:
- 3 different cuts of fine Garronese Veneta beef (300g total)
- Vegetable side dish
- Five artisanal accompanying sauces:
- Traditional green sauce
- Homemade mayonnaise
- Red pepper jam
- Flavoured extra virgin olive oil
- Antique mustard grains
- Slice of focaccia with type 1 flour, slowly leavened with oil and rosemary
- Cover charge included
To be excluded from the menu price: coffee, drinks and wine (glass from € 5, bottle from € 23). Our wine experts will accompany you in your choice for an optimal pairing.
BOOKING
The experience must always be booked in advance. Contact us by phone on +39 0365651757 to check availability for the date you are interested in. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance.
PRE-PAYMENT
Following the availability check, the experience can be pre-purchased here on the website. We kindly ask you to provide us with your order number (# followed by 5 numbers), which you will find in your purchase confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of bad weather or other serious impediment, the experience may be rescheduled as long as the cancellation is communicated by email to info@contithun.it at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date of the experience.
In the event of a cancellation below 48 hours or a no-show, the experience will no longer be able to be rescheduled or used. We are confident in your understanding, as we prepare the food with fresh ingredients delivered from local suppliers to ensure an authentic experience.
