Our Contessa Lene Sauvignon Blanc embodies our winemaking soul, rooted in Alto Adige. This high-quality product is the result of carefully hand-picked grapes from our vineyards clinging to the steep terrain in Terlano, the land of Sauvignon, at 400 metres above sea level. The sun and day-night temperature fluctuations help enhance its aromas and flavours.

TASTING NOTES
👁 To the eye: It is straw yellow in colour and has an intense, refined and complex character.
👃🏻 On the nose: Hints of elderflower and exotic fruit stand out, with nuances of balsamic herbs and gooseberries
👅 In the mouth: Freshness and savouriness are balanced and give this white wine a full-bodied structure, but at the same time a velvety elegance and lightness
🍽 On the plate: Asparagus with egg and parmesan cheese, herb risotto, shrimps or scampi with citrus fruits
