The grape harvest is the heart of our year, the moment when months of work, anticipation and care finally take shape. This year, it carries an even more special meaning: after a particularly hot summer, the grapes ripened earlier than usual and the harvest began at least ten days ahead of schedule. A vintage that promises to be intense and unique, waiting to be discovered in the glass.
Among the vineyard rows, the grapes are picked and begin their journey towards becoming wine: a ritual that moves us every year and brings us back to the most authentic essence of our land.
The Harvest Dinner was born from this very feeling: the desire to share this special atmosphere with you, made of tradition, conviviality and small gestures that tell our story.
The evening begins with a winery tour and a welcome glass, taking you into the heart of the harvest and giving you a closer look at where our wines are born.
Then comes one of the most fun and symbolic moments: grape stomping with bare feet, an ancient tradition to experience together, surrounded by smiles, grape bunches and the scent of fresh must.
Afterwards, we gather around a large shared table for a dinner inspired by the flavours of the season, paired with our wines and accompanied by the captivating sound of Enrico Di Stefano and his live saxophone, the musical highlight of the evening.
A simple yet special evening to experience with all your senses, celebrating together the harvest, our land and the joy of sharing time together.

- Welcome glass of our rosé sparkling wine “Bolle di Micaela”
- Starter: Savoury Groppello soufflé, Grana Padano fondue “Hay Selection – aged 50 months”, savoury cinnamon crumble and herb-infused green oil
- First course: Leonardo risotto, buffalo Taleggio from the Mincio area and toasted pistachio crumble
- Main course: Confit-cooked local beef braised with our extra virgin olive oil, Marzemino grape must demi-glace, buttery potato purée and a hint of parsley
- Dessert: Yogurt mousse with honey and chamomile, Gioia reduction, bee pollen and Sbrisolona crumble

Vegetarian, lactose-free and gluten-free menus are available upon request.
Additional drinks and wines are not included in the price and may be selected according to your preference. Our wine experts will be happy to guide you towards the perfect pairing (wines by the glass from €5.50 or bottles from €26).

PRE-PURCHASE
Following availability checks, the experience must be pre-purchased here on the website . Please provide us with your order number (# followed by 5 digits), which you will find in your purchase confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a serious impediment, the experience can be rescheduled provided the cancellation is communicated by email to info@contithun.it at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the experience.
In the event of cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, the experience will no longer be rescheduled or available . We appreciate your understanding, as we prepare our dishes with fresh ingredients delivered by local suppliers to ensure an authentic experience.
VALIDITY
The experience can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
