- Starter: Herb-roasted fennel, almond béchamel and Trentino “Armanini” Arctic char caviar
- First Dishes: Tagliolini with lightly smoked Trentino “Armanini” trout, candied lemon and fennel oil
- Second Dishes: Freshwater fish carpione, wrapped in green cabbage leaf, sautéed snow peas, our white wine “Gioia” teriyaki and salty whipped Conti Thun extra virgin olive oil
- Dessert: Crispy shortcrust pastry, caramel espuma, strawberries and mint

To be excluded from the menu price: coffee, drinks and wine (glass from € 5, bottle from € 23). Our wine experts will accompany you in your choice for an optimal pairing.

Space is limited. The experience must always be booked in advance. Contact us by phone at +39 0365651757 to check availability for your preferred date . We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance.
PRE-PURCHASE
Following availability checks, the experience must be pre-purchased here on the website . Please provide us with your order number (# followed by 5 digits), which you will find in your purchase confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a serious impediment, the experience can be rescheduled provided the cancellation is communicated by email to info@contithun.it at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the experience.
In the event of cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, the experience will no longer be rescheduled or available . We appreciate your understanding, as we prepare our dishes with fresh ingredients delivered by local suppliers to ensure an authentic experience.
VALIDITY
The experience can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
