The Spring Lounge includes

- Starter: Carasau bread millefeuille, Tremosine cheese cream, peas, caramelized red onion and “Rosa” wine reduction
- First Dishes: Handmade ravioli filled with carbonara, artisanal guanciale chips
- Dessert: Coffee sponge cheesecake, cream cheese and anise custard sauce

Additional beverages and wines are not included in the price and may be selected according to personal preference. Our wine experts will guide you in choosing the perfect pairing (wine by the glass starting from €5.50 or bottle starting from €26).

PRE-PURCHASE
Following availability checks, the experience must be pre-purchased here on the website . Please provide us with your order number (# followed by 5 digits), which you will find in your purchase confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a serious impediment, the experience can be rescheduled provided the cancellation is communicated by email to info@contithun.it at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the experience.
In the event of cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, the experience will no longer be rescheduled or available . We appreciate your understanding, as we prepare our dishes with fresh ingredients delivered by local suppliers to ensure an authentic experience.
VALIDITY
The experience can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
