Bourguignonne Hot Pot: An experience of taste and conviviality
A fragrant broth simmering at the centre of the table, selected meat to be slowly dipped, artisanal sauces to be discovered one after the other. No oil, just light&healthy flavours and the pleasure of sharing. The Bourguignonne Hot Pot is perfect for small groups, this culinary ritual is designed for a minimum of 2 people and can accommodate up to 10 guests🍷🔥.
Each Bourguignonne Hot Pot comprises:
- 200 g of meat per person, divided between:
- Palette of Garronese Veneta
- Fillet of Veal
- Fillet of Pork nostrano
- Fine broth of meat and vegetables, cooked for 4 hours
- Side dish of sautéed vegetables and caramelised red onion
- Five homemade accompanying sauces
- Traditional green sauce
- Homemade mayonnaise
- Red pepper jam
- Flavoured extra virgin olive oil
- Antique grain mustard
- Sliced focaccia with type 1 flour, slowly leavened with oil and rosemary
- Cover charge included
Additional beverages and wines are not included in the price and may be selected according to personal preference. Our wine experts will guide you in choosing the perfect pairing (wine by the glass starting from €5.50 or bottle starting from €26).
The experience can be enjoyed from October to April, from Tuesday to Friday.

Space is limited. The experience must always be booked in advance. Contact us by phone at +39 0365651757 to check availability for your preferred date . We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance.
PRE-PURCHASE
Following availability checks, the experience must be pre-purchased here on the website . Please provide us with your order number (# followed by 5 digits), which you will find in your purchase confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a serious impediment, the experience can be rescheduled provided the cancellation is communicated by email to info@contithun.it at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the experience.
In the event of cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, the experience will no longer be rescheduled or available . We appreciate your understanding, as we prepare our dishes with fresh ingredients delivered by local suppliers to ensure an authentic experience.
VALIDITY
The experience can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
