Treat yourself to a wellness experience immersed in nature, where movement, relaxation and flavour come together in perfect harmony. A peaceful moment to slow down and reconnect, surrounded by the quiet beauty of our vineyards.
The experience begins with a Pilates class among the vineyards of our estate, led by instructor Monica Pasotti. A session dedicated to breathing, movement and balance, enhanced by the use of essential oils that promote relaxation and overall well-being, while immersed in the peaceful countryside and the scents and colours of the Valtènesi region.
Each session features a different practice, designed to offer a unique experience every time, with a dedicated theme and a selection of natural essential oils that complement the lesson.
Class Schedule:
- 14 July – Light Legs & Flow – Grapefruit & Rosemary essential oils
- 28 July – Balsamic Breath & Core – Peppermint, Eucalyptus & Pine essential oils
- 11 August – Grounding & Balance – Cedarwood, Patchouli & Vetiver essential oils
- 25 August – Sunset Relax & Flex – Lavender, Frankincense & Chamomile essential oils
- 1 September – Core & Pelvic Floor Awareness (with soft ball) – Frankincense & Geranium essential oils
At the end of the class, you will receive an elegant picnic basket filled with a selection of local specialties. The picnic takes place in our charming "Collina Pineta", a peaceful corner surrounded by nature where you can relax and enjoy your meal overlooking the vineyards.
To make the most of your experience
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing your own Pilates mat and a towel.
On warmer days, we also suggest bringing a hat, sunscreen and insect repellent to enjoy the experience in complete comfort.
Picnic Menu:
- Panzanella with rustic bread, tomatoes, apple cider vinegar and caramelised red onion
- Organic Primosale cheese from "Oasi del Mincio" with toasted walnuts
- Rustic ciabatta filled with mortadella, buffalo provolone cheese and rocket
- Homemade marinated eggplants (km 0)
- Fresh seasonal fruit salad
- Jar of traditional taralli
- One 375 ml bottle of "Micaela" Rosé, Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico DOC (one bottle for every two guests sharing a double basket)
- Still or sparkling water (one bottle for every two guests)
Lactose-free and gluten-free options are available upon request.

PRE-PURCHASE
Following availability checks, the experience must be pre-purchased here on the website . Please provide us with your order number (# followed by 5 digits), which you will find in your purchase confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a serious impediment, the experience can be rescheduled provided the cancellation is communicated by email to info@contithun.it at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the experience.
In the event of cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, the experience will no longer be rescheduled or available . We appreciate your understanding, as we prepare our dishes with fresh ingredients delivered by local suppliers to ensure an authentic experience.
VALIDITY
The experience can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
