You will find a table set with flowers, candles and lanterns, and your palate will be delighted with a menu of authentic local flavours.

The Romantic Garden Lounge includes:

- Starter: Trentino Char Ceviche with carrot, celery and bell pepper crudités, kiwi & celery extract and salty peanuts
- First Dishes: Fresh egg tagliolini with rocket pesto, house-marinated rainbow trout, toasted pine nuts and crispy breadcrumbs
- Second Dishes: Skewer of Freshwater Sturgeon “Calvisius” glazed with soy sauce, served with aioli and fennel salad with citrus dressing
- Dessert: Roasted Apricots with salted caramel Chantilly cream, fresh raspberries and mint oil

Additional beverages and wines are not included in the price and may be selected according to personal preference. Our wine experts will guide you in choosing the perfect pairing (wine by the glass starting from €5.50 or bottle starting from €26).

In the event of bad weather, the experience will take place in our Wine Theatre. Should this not be possible, it will be rescheduled to a new date, subject to availability, to ensure you can enjoy the experience in the best possible conditions.

Space is limited. The experience must always be booked in advance. Contact us by phone at +39 0365651757 to check availability for your preferred date . We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance.
PRE-PURCHASE
Following availability checks, the experience must be pre-purchased here on the website . Please provide us with your order number (# followed by 5 digits), which you will find in your purchase confirmation email.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a serious impediment, the experience can be rescheduled provided the cancellation is communicated by email to info@contithun.it at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the experience.
In the event of cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows, the experience will no longer be rescheduled or available . We appreciate your understanding, as we prepare our dishes with fresh ingredients delivered by local suppliers to ensure an authentic experience.
VALIDITY
The experience can be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
