Tasting a wine in our Wine Bar, a few meters from the land from which it is born and grows, is a global experience that involves all the senses. A space designed with love, with a refined and essential design, the ideal place to share a special evening, celebrate a meeting, an occasion, an event.
This AperiThun is available both for lunch and dinner, compatible with the Wine Bar opening hours, and includes:
- platter of homemade cold cuts (salami, coppa, ham) and local cheeses (fresh goat primo sale, medium-aged goat cheese, 24-month Grana Padano)
- long-leavening focaccia with our Garda PDO oil, salt and rosemary
- slice of savory vegetarian cake
- organic roasted polenta with melted cheese
Wines are EXCLUDED and can be chosen by the glass (from 5€) or the bottle (from 20€). Our wine experts will accompany you in the choice for an optimal food and wine pairing.
The experience must be booked in advance. Contact us by phone at +39 0365651757 to check availability for the date of your interest. We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance.
Following the availability check, the experience can be pre-purchased here on the site. We kindly ask you to tell us the order number (# followed by 4 numbers) that you find in the purchase confirmation email.
In case of bad weather or other serious impediment, the experience may be rescheduled provided that the cancellation is communicated at least 48 hours in advance of the date fixed for the experience.
In case of cancellations under 48 hours or no-show the experience will no longer be reprogrammable or usable. We are sure of your understanding, as we prepare the dishes with fresh ingredients that are delivered by local suppliers to ensure you an authentic experience.
